PhotoSawSaw Bread is a microbakery and personal project born from a lifelong love of baking and shaped by a recent trip to Denmark. I’ve always gravitated toward food culture, but I wanted to participate in a more tangible way. Experiencing the way everyday Danish life is centered around bakery culture inspired me to build something similar at a smaller scale: a practice centered on craft and community in my own neighborhood.
